Visitors may use the public website and its information for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Visitors must not:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems.
• Introduce malicious code.
• Use automated scraping that materially disrupts the service.
• Misrepresent BCB Systems content as the visitor's own product.

The BCB Trade Risk Helper Lite for MT4 and the BCB Trade Risk Helper Pro for MT4 are currently supplied through Gumroad. Gumroad separately handles checkout, payments, product delivery and associated customer information.

OpenAI hosts this ChatGPT Site. Use of Gumroad, OpenAI and other third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

BCB Systems provides factual information and calculation utilities, not financial product advice, trading signals or guaranteed outcomes. Users must independently verify inputs, broker specifications and outputs before trading. See the Important Information and Risk Warning.

Website text, BCB Systems branding, original software and original visual material remain owned by their respective owners. BCB Systems does not claim ownership of MetaTrader, MetaTrader 4, third-party platform software, OpenAI or ChatGPT technology, or third-party trademarks.

Third-party names and marks are used only to identify compatibility or context where applicable.

BCB Systems is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by MetaQuotes, MetaTrader brokers, OpenAI or ChatGPT. Third-party hosting or links do not constitute endorsement of BCB Systems or its content.

Website features may be corrected, updated, suspended or withdrawn. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be given of material changes. Changes do not retrospectively alter completed purchases, existing paid licences, accrued consumer rights or obligations already owed to a customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights that may arise under the Australian Consumer Law.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not apply to fraud or wilful misconduct.

Downloadable BCB Systems software may be subject to separate licence, support, update and refund terms provided through its supply page or with the software. Those terms operate subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to courts having jurisdiction under those laws.
